Robert Colton, MD is the founder of MDVIP, the country’s largest concierge medicine company. MDVIP currently has 1,000 primary care physicians, and services approximately 400,000 patients. After selling MDVIP, Dr. Colton co-founded ClearlyDerm to fill a gap in access to high quality medical dermatology services. With five locations currently, ClearlyDerm has grown to become one of South Florida’s most successful dermatology platforms. Dr. Colton has been a physician for more than 30 years. Over these three decades, Dr. Colton saw a need for preventive brain health. The recent scientific advances in both the prevention of cognitive decline, and the identification of risk factors for cognitive decline combined with a tremendous need for preventive neurology led Dr. Colton to start Thema Brain Health. Dr. Colton holds an MD from The University of Miami School of Medicine, and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Colton is the proud father of five adult children, a grandfather and is married to Dr. Andrea Colton, a dermatologist in Boca Raton, FL.

Seth Harlem is the co-founder and CEO of Thema Brain Health. Prior to founding Thema, Seth was the co-founder and CEO of Taithera, a biotechnology company developing novel bone targeted treatments. Seth also served as an advisor to PrescriberPoint, a technology spinout of Eli Lilly.
Seth holds an MBA from Columbia University and BA from Trinity College.

Sam Lehr is an experienced entrepreneur and attorney. Prior to joining forces with Dr. Robert Colton and Seth Harlem to start Thema Brain Health, Sam was the Founder of Muchomas Chocolate, a mission driven company. Before entering the world of mission driven entrepreneurship with Muchmas Chocolate and Thema Brain Health, Sam was an attorney with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Sam holds both a JD and BA from The University of Pennsylvania.

Assistant Professor of Geriatric Medicine at FAU’s College of Medicine, and serves as the Director of the Geriatrics and Healthy Aging Thread in the College of Medicine’s curriculum. Dr. Rackman received his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and his medical degree from Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine. He completed internal medicine residency at Northwell’s Lenox Hill Hospital.
