These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thema Brain Health website at themabrainhealth.com (the "Site"), operated by Thema Brain Health ("we", "us", or "our"). The Site includes our clinic pages, the Precision Prevention program pages, the Brain Health Quiz, and any reports or downloadable materials we make available through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Informational use only

The Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Information on the Site — including descriptions of conditions, services, treatments, the Precision Prevention Blueprint, and any clinical guidance — is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

The Precision Prevention Blueprint is an educational wellness report, not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment plan. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns, symptoms, or medical conditions.

No physician-patient relationship is created by your use of this Site. A physician-patient relationship is established only after an in-person evaluation at our clinic and through formal documentation of your care.

Emergency disclaimer

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including stroke symptoms, sudden severe headache, loss of consciousness, or other urgent neurological signs, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use this Site to seek emergency treatment.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You agree not to:

Email newsletter

The Brain Health Briefing is an optional, opt-in email newsletter. By subscribing, you agree to receive periodic emails from us, including the newsletter and related announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Newsletter content is provided for general informational purposes on the same basis as the rest of the Site and is not medical advice. We may change the frequency or content of the newsletter, or discontinue it, at any time. Our handling of your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embedded third-party services, including the Phreesia scheduling form and embedded YouTube videos. We do not control these third-party properties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
